What in life are you unsure of?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 07, 2009:

Silence greeted me this morning as I awoke. For moments just few sorting my world composed by dreams from this physical state I confidently have named reality, in these fleeting moments a panic swells through my burdened mind. As I departed my land of dreams did I forget to unplug the iron?
